In recent years, with the continuous expansion of production scale, our company has undergone great changes in infrastructure construction, factory layout, equipment scale, power load and other aspects. For this reason, since the spring of 2023, our company has listed safety as an independent and important management topic in time and made efforts to carry out rectification.

1、 Establish a mechanism to eliminate hidden dangers

Establish the responsibility division table of the safety dead corner in the plant area, clarify the safety responsibility area of the post, and complete the troubleshooting and rectification according to their respective duties.

2、 Self-exposure and information sharing

Like the sanitary corner in the factory, we have established a communication platform for the safety management corner, and the responsible person continuously reports on the hidden danger troubleshooting, rectification measures and completion in the WeChat group through video mode.

First of all, the introduction of the problem is more simple and intuitive; Secondly, analyze and trace the root causes of hidden dangers and identify tasks that can be carried out horizontally; Once again, fully discuss the solutions to ensure the feasibility and permanence of the solution; Finally, verify and report the rectification results, and review how to establish a long-term mechanism around the management system to avoid recurrence.

3、 Form a plan and implement it

Each post shall check and count the hidden dangers in the responsibility area, form a rectification plan and implement it. It shall be updated on a weekly basis. The solved hidden dangers shall be listed in the closed-loop management, and the newly discovered hidden dangers shall be listed in the new rectification plan.

4、 Standardize rectification without leaving any future trouble

The rectification measures are divided into temporary rectification and permanent rectification. Our requirement is to immediately eliminate the on-site hidden dangers and then thoroughly solve the problems; Reduce the temporary rectification measures. Even the temporary rectification measures should comply with the corresponding operation specifications and the company's standard requirements; The planning and design in advance is the most important for permanent rectification. It is necessary to have a forward-looking and overall view to avoid the waste of secondary modification.

We start with the establishment of a mechanism, and require that the measures and rectification can be implemented immediately from point to point, without waiting for statistics and plans to come out.

At the same time, safety management is still a task of continuous improvement, which requires us to continue to work from the piecemeal correction to the overall improvement direction, and constantly identify more types and projects; Safety management is more an activity involving all staff. It also requires us to improve the system, strengthen education and training, break down the detailed safety work to all departments, teams and posts, and all staff participate in and adhere to the implementation, so as to fully and effectively prompt the safety management work.
